Salary: Up to Rs 45,000 per month + Performance Incentives (Up to Rs 1,20,000 per month)
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive with experience in the International Voice Process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to convert leads into customers while delivering an outstanding client experience.
Key Responsibilities
· Handle inbound and outbound calls with international customers.
· Convert qualified leads into successful sales through effective consultative selling.
· Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
· Build and maintain solid relationships with prospective and existing clients.
· Follow up with leads and customers to maximize conversions.
· Achieve individual monthly sales and revenue targets.




· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer support.
· Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Required Qualifications & Skills
· Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
· 3–5 years of experience in International Sales or International Voice Process.
· Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a neutral accent.
· Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
· Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.
· Experience working with UK, US, Australian, or other international markets will be an advantage.
· Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
· Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
