We are looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to lead creator partnerships and regional influencer campaigns across South India. This role is ideal for someone who combines creativity, cultural understanding, and a data-driven approach to build impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
Influencer Strategy & Campaign Management
Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies across South Indian markets.
Identify, onboard, and manage creators who align with the brand and campaign objectives.
Build and maintain a robust creator network across Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, and Kerala.
Negotiate commercial terms and manage influencer partnerships with a focus on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Own end-to-end campaign execution, including briefing, coordination, timelines, content approvals, and performance analysis.





Content Strategy & Creative Direction
Develop culturally relevant content ideas and influencer briefs tailored to regional audiences.
Write and review scripts, campaign concepts, and creator content while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
Collaborate with internal creative and marketing teams to produce engaging and scalable content assets.

Trend Analysis & Regional Insights
Monitor regional social media trends, cultural moments, creator ecosystems, and platform-specific content formats.
Translate consumer and trend insights into campaign opportunities and creative recommendations.
Identify emerging creators and new content opportunities across regional markets.

Performance & Reporting
Track and analyze influencer campaign performance using metrics such as CPM, CPV, CTR, CAC, and ROI.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
