About the role
We're looking for someone to own how we show up in the world outside our own channels — in the press, in creator content, and alongside other brands we admire.
This is a builder's role, not a maintenance one. You'll be the first dedicated hire for this function, which means you'll set up the systems, the media list, the creator pipeline and the partnership playbook from scratch. If you like owning a number and a relationship list rather than executing someone else's brief, this will suit you.
What you'll own
Press & earned media
Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors and writers across consumer, lifestyle, business and startup media
Write and pitch stories — launches, founder narratives, category POVs, data angles — and follow through until they land
Draft press releases, media kits, founder bios, Q&As; and byline articles
Manage inbound press requests, interview prep and spokesperson briefings
Track coverage and report on share of voice, quality of placement and reach
Creator & UGC collaborations
Identify,



reach out to and negotiate with creators across Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn — from nano to mid-tier
Own the full cycle: outreach, briefing, contracting, product seeding, deliverable tracking, payment coordination
Build a repeatable seeding programme that generates a steady flow of organic UGC
Manage usage rights and build a library of creator content the wider marketing team can use in ads and in office
Measure what actually works — not just views, but content that performs when we put spend behind it
Brand collaborations
Source and pitch brand-to-brand partnerships — co-branded products, bundles, giveaways, events, cross-promotions
Negotiate terms and manage the partnership end-to-end across both sides
Build a pipeline of target brands rather than reacting to whatever comes inbound
Social
Own the content calendar and day-to-day publishing across our channels
Manage community engagement, comments and DMs
Work with design and co
