Role Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced Head of HVAC Service to take overall ownership of the HVAC Service business, including service operations, AMC business, revenue growth, customer relationships, team leadership, and business performance.
The role will be responsible for developing and executing the service strategy, driving profitable growth, strengthening key customer relationships, and building a high-performing service organization. The candidate will work closely with senior management to establish business goals, improve operational efficiency, and expand the company's HVAC service footprint.

Key Responsibilities
Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the HVAC Service business.
Own the service business P&L;, revenue, profitability, and growth targets.




Develop and execute strategies to grow the AMC, maintenance, retrofit, repair, and after-sales service business.
Lead and oversee the complete HVAC service organization, including Service GM, managers, engineers, technicians, and support teams.
Develop and manage a strong AMC portfolio, focusing on renewals, retention, profitability, and recent business acquisition.
Establish service revenue targets and drive achievement through new business, AMC renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with key customers, major accounts, consultants, and business stakeholders.
Act as the senior escalation point for critical customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
Ensure consistent achievement of SLA, quality, safety, productivity, and customer satisfaction objectives.
