Role Description The Business Development Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients,



and expanding Unifiedvoice’s presence in the VoIP and telecom solutions market. The Business Development Manager will conduct market research, develop sales strategies, prepare proposals, deliver presentations, and negotiate contracts to achieve revenue and growth targets. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with internal technical and operations teams to align customer requirements with Unifiedvoice’s solutions, monitoring industry trends, and providing feedback to refine service offerings. The role also includes regular reporting on sales performance, pipeline status, and key account activities to senior management.
Qualifications
Strong business development and B2B sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and account relationship building.
