RESPONSIBILITIES
* Create and update mechanical CAD models and detailed drawings
* Prepare workshop, fabrication, and manufacturing drawings
* Apply design markups, redlines, and change requests accurately
* Maintain 3D and 2D models in accordance with project and drafting standards
* Coordinate with BIM and other engineering disciplines to ensure model
consistency
* Maintain CAD file organization, revision history, and version control
Authorities:
* Update and revise mechanical CAD drawings based on approved engineering
inputs
* Implement changes following engineering review
* Escalate drawing inconsistencies or technical questions to Mechanical
Engineers
Qualifications:
* Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related
field
* 1–2 years of experience in mechanical CAD or drafting roles
* Experience with Inventor, Creo, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD
* Experience with Revit is preferred.
* High level of attention to detail and drafting accuracy
* Fluent in English (spoken and written)
