Role Description
We are looking for a Global Operations Specialist who is organised, proactive and customer-focused, with experience in telecoms, network service delivery or IT operations.
You will work closely with customers, carriers,



suppliers and internal teams across the globe to ensure services are delivered on time and operational issues are resolved quickly.
Manage end-to-end delivery of global connectivity services.
Coordinate with ISPs, carriers and vendors for installation and activation.
Manage customer communications throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Track orders, milestones and updates in Salesforce.
Monitor delivery timelines, identify risks and proactively escalate issues.
Coordinate service activation, testing and customer handover.
Manage incidents, service requests and technical escalations.
Coordinate suppliers and remote/in office support where required.
Keep customers informed and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Support continuous improvement of operational processes.
