Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to secure repeat business and enhance loyalty.
Collaborate with clients to understand their advertising needs and propose tailored solutions that align with their objectives.

Revenue Growth and Chance Maximization

Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective negotiation, upselling, and cross-selling of advertising services.
Develop and present customized proposals that maximize client ROI and advertising impact.

Strategic Collaboration and Partnerships

Work with internal teams to leverage cross-departmental expertise and deliver comprehensive advertising solutions.




Explore opportunities to form partnerships with agencies and brands, contributing to wider advertising campaigns and initiatives.

Data-Driven Sales Performance

Track and report on individual and team sales performance, providing insights for process improvements and strategy refinements.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and inform decision-making.

Team Contribution and Leadership Support

Collaborate with senior leadership to contribute to sales strategies for large-scale advertising projects.
Mentor junior team members, sharing best practices and providing guidance to enhance overall team productivity.
