We're looking for a Social Media Executive to own and grow OLX's presence across Instagram, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, and Facebook. You'll sit at the intersection of brand, content, and community turning campaigns, product moments, and everyday customer stories into content people actually stop to watch.

What You Will Do:
Own and execute the organic content calendar across social platforms, aligned with brand campaigns, seasonal moments, and product launches.
Develop platform-native content across reels, carousels, shorts, and copy, working closely with design and video partners.
Manage day-to-day community engagement, including comments, DMs, brand mentions, and timely escalation of relevant issues.
Track channel performance across reach, engagement, follower growth, and sentiment, and translate insights into actionable content decisions.
Identify and pitch relevant trends, memes, and newsjacking opportunities that align naturally with OLX’s brand voice.
Manage influencer and creator collaborations end-to-end, from outreach and briefing to content review and execution.




Partner with the wider marketing team to amplify brand, lifecycle, and loyalty campaigns across social channels.
Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, emerging content formats, cultural trends, and competitor activity across classifieds, marketplaces, and D2C brands.

What We Are Looking For:
2-4 years of experience managing social media for a consumer brand, D2C startup, or an agency handling consumer accounts.
Robust understanding of what drives performance on Instagram and YouTube, with a explicit point of view on platform-specific content.
Solid copywriting skills with the ability to create short, punchy, and culturally relevant content, including natural English/Hinglish.
Working knowledge of social media scheduling, publishing, and analytics tools.
Ability to effectively brief and collaborate with designers and video editors; hands-on experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar too
