About the Role
At MS Holdings, we believe that strong institutions are built on strong relationships. We are looking for a highly proactive, relationship-oriented, and execution-driven Strategic Relations & Outreach Associate to join the CEO's Office and support the CEO's strategic relationship-building initiatives.
In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership to identify, build, and strengthen relationships with business leaders, entrepreneurs, investors, policymakers, professional bodies, industry experts, and strategic partners across global ecosystems. Beyond outreach, you will help create meaningful engagement opportunities that strengthen organization’s skilled network, and contribute to long-term strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities
Continuously identify and map high-value individuals, organizations, conferences, industry forums, networking communities and strategic opportunities aligned with the organization's priorities.
Plan and execute targeted outreach campaigns through email, LinkedIn, industry platforms, and skilled networks.
Build, nurture,



and maintain long-term relationships with founders, investors, business leaders, policymakers, family offices, industry associations, and other key stakeholders.
Maintain and regularly update a structured relationship database, including engagement history, key insights, and next actions.
Support the CEO in preparing for networking meetings, conferences, leadership engagements, and strategic events.
Represent the organization professionally across various external engagements while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Who We're Looking For
0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Client Relations, Partnerships, Outreach, Community Building, Relationship Management, or similar roles.
Fresh graduates with exceptional communication skills, strong networking ability, and a proactive mindset are encouraged to apply.
