Dreabee is looking for a Brand Partnership Manager / Senior Manager to lead business development, build solid brand relationships, and drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with senior stakeholders, acquiring new clients, growing existing accounts, and creating integrated marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Revenue
Drive new client acquisition across digital marketing, influencer marketing, performance marketing, social media, content, and integrated campaigns.
Own monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Develop relationships with CMOs, Marketing Heads, Brand Managers, Founders, and other senior decision-makers.
Create strategic account plans to drive long-term revenue growth.
Client Partnerships & Account Growth
Build long-term relationships with key clients and become a trusted business partner.
Understand client objectives and recommend solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.




Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across multiple service offerings.
Lead regular business reviews and develop opportunities for account expansion.
Sales & Commercial Strategy
Identify new markets, industries, and high-potential brands.
Lead proposals, pitches, presentations, and partnership solutions.
Work closely with Strategy, Creative, Influencer Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Campaign teams.
Lead commercial discussions around pricing, scope, timelines, and contracts.
Own opportunities from initial conversation through closure and onboarding.
Team Leadership
Mentor and guide Brand Partnership Associates and Senior Associates.
Support hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance development.
Share market insights and sales best practices with the team.
Business Intelligence
Track pipeline, conversion rates, revenue forecasts, and sales performance.
Present business updates and growth opportunities to leadership.
