We are hiring an Arabic Language Specialist for IT Cube Solutions (1Point1) for Pune/Mumbai locations. An Arabic Language Specialist bridges communication gaps by working with translated texts, audio, or digital data. Duties often range from localization and customer support to validating documents and training artificial intelligence (AI) models.

Key Responsibilities
Translation and Editing: Translate documents, scripts, or digital content between Arabic and English while maintaining the original tone and context.
Content Validation: Review, proofread, and audit Arabic text or data feeds for quality, accuracy, and consistency.
Communication Support: Assist Arabic-speaking clients or internal teams via email, chat, or phone.
Localization and Culture: Adapt messaging to regional dialects and cultural nuances, particularly for Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) or Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) markets.
AI and Tech Training: Evaluate, annotate,



and improve language or speech data for emerging AI technologies.

Requirements and Qualifications
Language Proficiency: Native or near-native fluency in Arabic alongside strong written and verbal skills in English.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Arabic Language (ALPT), Linguistics, Translation, Education, or a related field.
Skills: Strong attention to detail, basic computer literacy (such as Microsoft Office), and solid analytical or research abilities.
Experience: Ranging from entry-level/fresh graduates to 5 years of qualified experience in translation, quality assurance, or back-office operations depending on the specific project.

This role will involve working in day as well as late evening shifts or any other rotational shifts as per organisation’s requirements.
