Job Overview
We are looking for a Conference Content & Curation Executive to work across research, conference curation, content creation, speaker coordination and administration. The ideal candidate should be curious, organized, articulate and interested in architecture and design. The role involves researching speakers and trends, developing conference topics, creating content around them, preparing decks and presentations, coordinating with industry professionals, and maintaining the documentation and follow-ups required to execute conferences smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
 Research architects, designers, projects and industry trends.  Develop conference themes, panel topics and session ideas.  Identify and shortlist relevant speakers and industry professionals.  Create content around speakers, sessions, projects and conference themes.  Prepare presentation decks, speaker profiles, session briefs and research documents.  Coordinate with speakers through calls, emails and meetings.  Maintain databases, trackers, schedules, confirmations and documentation.



 Manage regular follow-ups and ensure deadlines are met.  Support conference programme development and on-ground speaker coordination. Key Requirements  0–2 years of experience in content, research, conferences, communications, architecture/design media or a related field.  Background in Architecture & Interior Design  Good understanding or strong interest in architecture and design.  Strong research, analytical and idea-generation skills.  Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
 Confident in making calls and interacting with industry professionals.  Strong organizational and administrative skills.  Ability to multitask, work with speed and maintain accuracy.
