Role Description The Junior Accountant & Client Payment Coordinator will handle basic accounting activities along with client payment coordination. Responsibilities include maintaining accounts and invoices, recording payments, following up with clients for pending payments, handling payment-related calls, and coordinating with the internal team to ensure timely collection of outstanding dues.
Qualifications
Proven ability to manage client accounts,



build relationships, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in marketing, creative, and technical domains to deliver projects on schedule.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain digital marketing concepts clearly.
Basic understanding of digital marketing services (e.g., social media, SEO, paid ads, content marketing) and how they support client objectives.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple accounts.
Comfort working in an on-site, fast-paced setting and using common office and CRM tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Prior experience in an agency or client-facing sales/account management role is preferred.
