We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist with 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS lead generation and international markets(US). The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Apollo.io, prospect research, email outreach, lead qualification, and building targeted outbound campaigns.
You will be responsible for identifying the right prospects, building qualified prospect lists, creating personalized outreach campaigns, and generating sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and research potential B2B SaaS prospects
Build and maintain highly targeted prospect lists using Apollo.io and other relevant prospecting tools.
Define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and identify relevant personas and decision-makers.
Research companies, industries, roles, and business challenges to improve prospect targeting.
Create and manage outbound email campaigns using Apollo.io.
Draft compelling, personalized, and conversion-focused cold emails and follow-up sequences.
Develop different messaging approaches based on industry, company size, persona, and buyer pain points.




Conduct A/B testing of subject lines, messaging, CTAs, and sequences to improve response rates.
Manage email outreach campaigns and monitor key metrics such as open rates, reply rates, positive responses, meetings booked, and conversions.
Qualify leads based on defined criteria and ensure high-quality leads are passed to the sales team.
Maintain accurate prospect and campaign data in CRM/sales systems.
Continuously research and identify current markets, industries, accounts, and prospect segments.
Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Account Management teams to align lead-generation activities with business goals.
Track campaign performance and provide regular reports and insights on lead-generation activities.
Stay updated on B2B SaaS outbound sales trends, prospecting techniques, and email best practices.
