Our Sales Executives are the frontline drivers of market penetration, customer acquisition, and brand visibility—working directly with retail outlets, distributors, and regional stores to fuel growth and build loyalty. Role & Responsibilities

Execute daily field sales activities including outlet visits, product demos, and stock inventory checks across assigned territories.
Build and maintain strong relationships with shopkeepers, retail managers, and distributor reps to drive repeat sales and upsell opportunities.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets by understanding customer needs and tailoring pitch strategies.
Collect and report real-time market intelligence including competitor pricing, promotions, and shelf visibility.
Coordinate with internal sales managers for timely order placement, delivery confirmation, and issue resolution.




Participate in weekly training sessions and product knowledge refreshers to stay updated on brand positioning and promotions.
