Experience : 1–5 years of relevant experience in OTA Business Development, Hotel/Resort Contracting, Hospitality Sales, Corporate Sales, Business Development, or Partner Acquisition. Candidates with experience working at MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, Tripadvisor, EaseMyTrip, Yatra, Cleartrip, or similar travel and hospitality platforms will be preferred.
Education : Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Travel & Tourism, or a related field.

JOB SUMMARY
The MICE Executive will be responsible for expanding Trip Rodeo's resort network by identifying, approaching, and onboarding resorts, hotels and experiential stay partners across Karnataka onto the Trip Rodeo OTA platform. The role involves developing strategic partnerships, negotiating commercial agreements, maintaining strong relationships with resort partners, and driving inventory growth.



The incumbent will also promote Trip Rodeo's platform as a preferred distribution and booking partner while ensuring long-term business collaboration and revenue generation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Resort Partner Acquisition
Identify and acquire resorts, hotels, homestays, villas and experiential properties across Karnataka.
Pitch Trip Rodeo's OTA platform and onboard current hospitality partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with resort owners,
General Managers and Sales teams. • Conduct regular market visits and property inspections to identify new business opportunities. • Meet monthly and quarterly resort onboarding targets.

Business Development
Generate new business opportunities by expanding Trip Rodeo's partner network.
Negotiate commercial agreements, commission structures and partnership terms.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and activation of partner properties.
