Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Lead, coach and motivate the store team.
Drive sales, productivity and customer satisfaction.
Ensure product quality, food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards.
Monitor inventory, stock availability and wastage.
Support manpower planning, recruitment, training and team development.
Handle customer concerns and ensure quick resolution.
Ensure adherence to company SOPs and operational processes.
Monitor store performance and take corrective actions where required.
Support the Store Manager in achieving business and profitability targets.
Maintain accurate cash, stock and operational records.
