Role Description
We are looking for a driven and people-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our team in a full-time, on-site role in Gurugram, India.
The role involves:
Connecting with prospective students and parents and understanding their requirements.
Explaining GIFTT’s programs, offerings and admission process.
Guiding students towards suitable programs and supporting them through the enrollment journey.
Handling inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email and other communication channels.
Maintaining regular follow-ups and building strong relationships with prospects.




Maintaining accurate lead and admission records and providing basic activity updates.
Supporting outreach activities, information sessions and other admission-related initiatives.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid ability to connect with and guide students and parents.
Positive, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset.
Good listening, counselling, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups effectively.
Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Office, Google Workspace or similar tools.
Prior experience in admissions, counselling, education, sales, or student-facing roles is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred.
Interest or understanding of the education and skill-development sector will be an advantage.
