Zing is building the retention infrastructure for enterprise learning.
Most companies can tell you who attended a training. Very few can tell you who actually learned, retained, and can apply it months later.
Zing works alongside existing LMS, Zoom and Teams environments to help enterprises:

ENCODE — Turn existing learning content into interactive activities
PRACTISE — Build learner memory through micro-drills and AI roleplay
PROVE — Measure readiness, mastery and knowledge decay

We are already used across schools and colleges and are now expanding into enterprise L&D;, sales training, compliance and onboarding.

Why this role?
We’re looking for an experienced enterprise L&D; practitioner to become the voice of the L&D; buyer inside our product team.





This is not an internal corporate training role.
You’ll bring real-world experience of running learning programmes at scale — managing training calendars, LMS platforms, completion targets, assessments, certification, compliance, budgets and business stakeholders — and translate that experience into product requirements, curricula, rubrics, adoption playbooks and measurable learning outcomes.
You’ll work directly with the Founder, Product and Engineering teams to help build what enterprise L&D; teams actually need.

What you’ll own
? Product & L&D; Strategy
Act as the resident enterprise L&D; domain expert for Product and Engineering
Translate real L&D; workflows into product requirements, features and acceptance criteria
Define quality standards for AI-generated activities, assessments, roleplays and rubrics
Shape reporting for L&D;, compliance, sales and business leaders
Pressure-test product roadmap decisions against real enterpris
