FabConnect is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager (Civil) to lead and manage end-to-end civil construction and development projects.

? Location: Vijayanagar, Bangalore
? Experience Required: 8–10 Years (Civil / Construction Projects)
? CTC: Up to ₹9 LPA
? Department: Civil Engineering

? Role Overview
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, execution, coordination, and successful delivery of civil engineering projects while ensuring quality, compliance, cost control, and timely completion.

? Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end civil project execution from planning to completion
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants
• Ensure project drawings, layouts, and designs are approved and implemented
• Monitor site progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
• Handle resource planning, procurement coordination, and vendor management
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and safety standards




• Conduct site inspections and resolve project bottlenecks
• Track material usage, logistics, and project documentation
• Prepare regular progress reports for management
• Ensure quality control and implement corrective actions when required
• Manage vendor performance and timely payments

? Desired Profile
• 8–10 years of experience in civil project execution
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and site management
• Valuable leadership and team coordination skills
• Familiar with project management tools and MS Office
• Strong communication and decision-making ability
• Ability to handle multiple site operations effectively
