Role Description The Auto CAD Instructor/Mentor is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for delivering structured Auto CAD training to students and guiding them through practical design and drafting projects. This role includes preparing lesson plans, developing learning materials,



and conducting interactive classroom sessions that cover fundamental and advanced Auto CAD concepts. The instructor/mentor will provide hands-on demonstrations, supervise lab work, review student assignments, and offer individualized feedback to support skill development. Additional responsibilities include updating curriculum to match current industry standards, collaborating with other mentors to improve teaching methods, and participating in student evaluations and progress reporting. The role also involves supporting career readiness through portfolio guidance, project reviews, and fostering a skilled learning environment.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science and familiarity with engineering or design workflows related to CAD tools.
Proficiency in Programming concepts that support automation, customization, or scripting within CAD environments.
