Role Description The Senior Performance Marketing Executive is a full-time role at RAG Calicut office.
This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and measurable growth for RAG Holdings. Daily tasks include managing paid media campaigns, tracking and analyzing campaign metrics, conducting A/B tests, and refining strategies based on data insights. The individual will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and market research teams to align campaigns with business objectives and target audiences. The role also includes preparing performance reports, managing budgets,



and recommending new channels or approaches to enhance return on investment and support entrepreneurial clients.

Qualifications
Strategize, plan, and execute full-funnel performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and programmatic platforms (DV360 preferred).
Optimize lead acquisition with a solid focus on CPL (Cost Per Lead), ROAS, and sales-qualified leads.
Develop audience targeting strategies based on HNI/NRI behavior, investment interest, and wealth profiles.
Manage large-scale budgets with daily, weekly, and monthly optimizations to achieve campaign KPIs.
Support budget planning and performance forecasting with the marketing manager.
Experience with email marketing and marketing automation platforms such as Klaviyo, Drip, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Brevo, Zoho Campaigns, or similar.
Track key KPIs and prepare campaign performance report
