Role Description The Outreach Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with developer-focused SaaS clients, partners, and community members, with a focus on authentic, value-driven communication.



Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting outreach to prospective clients, engaging with developer communities and forums, coordinating events or initiatives, and responding to inquiries with a high level of customer service. The specialist will research relevant communities and organizations, support marketing campaigns with tailored outreach efforts, and collaborate with internal teams to align messaging with technical audiences. The role also involves tracking outreach performance, maintaining accurate records, and providing feedback to improve DevMarkLab’s overall community and client engagement strategy.
