Job Summary
Dr.WELLNESSON is looking for a hands-on FMCG Sales Executive responsible for managing existing retail outlets, ensuring product availability, developing new outlets and executing promotional activities across Hyderabad.
This is a field sales role. The candidate will be required to travel across the assigned territory and actively manage outlets rather than work from an office.
Key Responsibilities1. Manage Existing Outlets
Visit existing retail outlets where Dr.WELLNESSON products are already placed.
Check stock levels and identify fast-moving and slow-moving products.
Ensure products are properly displayed and available on the shelves.
Refill/replenish stocks as required.
Coordinate with retailers for repeat orders and stock requirements.
Maintain regular visit frequency and outlet-wise sales records.

Develop New Outlets
Identify and approach new retail outlets across Hyderabad.
Pitch Dr.WELLNESSON products to retailers and secure current listings.
Build relationships with supermarkets, health stores, grocery stores, specialty stores and other relevant FMCG outlets.
Achieve monthly new-outlet acquisition targets.
3. Sales & Distribution
Drive primary and secondary sales within the assigned territory.
Ensure products are moving regularly from outlets.
Follow up on pending orders and payments where applicable.
Identify opportunities to increase product visibility and sales.
4. Promotional Activities
Conduct in-store promotions and product sampling activities.
Coordinate retailer promotions and local marketing activities.
Improve product visibility through proper shelf placement and merchandising.
Support brand activation activities and customer engagement programs.
5. Reporting
Maintain daily outlet
