Role Description

The Aptitude Trainer (Immediate Joiner) will deliver high-quality classroom training focused on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability to students preparing for campus placements and tech job assessments.



This full-time role is on-site in Jaipur and involves planning and conducting interactive sessions, creating and updating training materials, and using practical examples and problem-solving exercises to improve students’ performance. The trainer will assess learners through tests, quizzes, and practice sessions, provide constructive feedback, and continuously track their progress. The role also includes collaborating with academic and placement teams to align training with current recruitment trends, participating in workshops or bootcamps, and supporting students with doubt clarification and exam strategies.

Qualifications

Strong quantitative aptitude and logical reasoning skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into simple, teachable steps.
Excellent verbal ability and English language skills, including clarity of communication and a solid command of grammar and vocabulary.
