Role Description This is a full-time, on-site IT Sales Manager role based in Lucknow. The IT Sales Manager will drive sales of software and IT services by identifying prospects, generating and qualifying leads, and presenting tailored solutions to potential and existing clients.



Daily responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, conducting client meetings and product demonstrations, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals. The role also involves account management activities such as maintaining relationships with key clients, understanding their technical and business needs, and coordinating with internal technical teams to ensure successful delivery. The IT Sales Manager will track performance against targets, contribute to sales strategies, and provide regular reporting and market feedback to leadership.
