About the Role

We are looking for a confident, creative, and communication-focused *PR Executive* to build and manage relationships with authors, media professionals, influencers, journalists, and other industry stakeholders. The candidate will help promote books, authors, publishing projects, and brand initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with *authors, media houses, journalists, influencers, and industry professionals*.
* Plan and execute PR campaigns for *books, authors, launches, and publishing events*.
* Coordinate *press releases, media coverage, interviews, author features, and promotional activities*.
* Identify relevant media and promotional opportunities for authors and books.
* Manage communication with media contacts and follow up for coverage.
* Support *book launches, author events, webinars, and promotional campaigns*.
* Create PR pitches, media briefs, announcements, and promotional content.




* Coordinate with the content, sales, and marketing teams for campaigns.
* Monitor media coverage and maintain regular PR reports.
* Build the public image and visibility of authors and the publishing house.
* Stay updated with publishing, media, social media, and industry trends.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in PR, Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, English, or a related field.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Robust networking, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
* Good knowledge of *PR, media outreach, social media, and digital marketing*
* Ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
* Confident, presentable, proactive, and target-oriented.
* *Agency or publishing industry experience will be appreciated.*
* Freshers with strong communication and networking skills may also apply.
