About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can turn ideas into visually compelling designs across digital and offline platforms.

The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design, typography, colour, composition and branding, along with the ability to understand client requirements and deliver designs within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging designs for social media posts, reels, stories, digital campaigns and advertisements.
- Design marketing and advertising creatives for various brands and clients.
- Develop brand identities, campaign concepts, presentations, brochures, posters, banners and other marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the creative, content and marketing teams to develop visual concepts.
- Understand client briefs and convert ideas into effective visual communication.
- Create designs that are aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh creative ideas.




- Adapt designs into different formats and sizes for various digital platforms.
- Support the team with graphics required for content shoots, videos and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain consistency in visual style across different brand communication.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with current design trends, social media trends and creative advertising formats.

Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro or Canva will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout and visual hierarchy.
- Valuable knowledge of social media design formats.
- Creative thinking and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
