Business Development Manager – eNACH & UPI Autopay

About the Role
We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager to drive growth
for our Recurring Payments Suite (eNACH & UPI Autopay). The role focuses on
acquiring and scaling clients who require automated collections such as EMIs,
subscriptions, memberships, and donations.
IndiConnect’s recurring payment solution enables businesses to automate collections
through UPI Autopay, eNACH mandates, cards, and net banking, helping reduce
manual follow-ups and improve payment success rates.
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue Generation & Sales Ownership
• Drive new business acquisition for eNACH & UPI Autopay solutions
• Own complete sales cycle: lead generation → demo → closure → onboarding
• Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
2. Market Development
• Identify and target high-potential segments:
o NBFCs & Lending companies (EMI collections)
o SaaS & Subscription businesses
o EdTech, InsurTech,
Fitness, NGOs
• Build GTM strategy for recurring payment adoption
3. Product Selling & Solutioning
• Pitch UPI Autopay (low-ticket, high-frequency payments) and eNACH (high value mandates) effectively
• Educate clients on advantages:
o Automated collections (no manual reminders)
o Real-time dashboards & alerts
o Multi-mode mandate support
• Provide customized payment workflows for clients
4. Client Relationship Management
• Build strong relationships with CXOs (Founders, CFOs, Product Heads)
• Ensure smooth onboarding and integration (API / dashboard-based)
• Identify upsell opportunities (Payment Gateway, Banking APIs, BizStack)
5. Partnerships & Alliances
• Build partnerships with fintech platforms, aggregators, and consultants
• Collaborate with internal product & tech teams for client requirements
6. Sales Operations & Reporting
• Maintain pipeline in CRM
• Track conversion metrics and mandate ac
