Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Vapi. The Sales Executive will identify and pursue new sales opportunities across residential, commercial, and land development projects,



while managing and nurturing relationships with prospective and existing clients. Daily responsibilities include conducting property presentations and site visits, responding to inquiries, preparing proposals, and supporting clients through the complete sales cycle from initial contact to closure. The role involves coordinating with internal teams on pricing, documentation, and project information to ensure accurate and timely communication. The Sales Executive will also track leads, maintain sales records, and contribute to local marketing and outreach activities to strengthen Balar Builders’ market presence.
Qualifications
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to convert leads into successful closures.
Customer relationship management and communication skills to build trust and provide clear, timely support.
Basic understanding of real estate concepts, property documentation, and local market dynamics
