As a Product Manager at WONDRx, you will drive product vision, roadmap planning, and execution by working directly at the intersection of engineering, business, and end users. You will own product outcomes from initial discovery all the way through delivery and adoption. You will translate complex healthcare workflows into crisp product specifications, prioritize high-impact feature backlogs, and collaborate with cross-functional pods to launch scalable web, mobile, and data solutions.
The "Knockout Criteria" (Non-Negotiables)
· Product Management Experience: 6–8 years of direct experience driving software products across their full lifecycle (Discovery Delivery Scale).
· Core Product Competencies: Deep expertise in Product Strategy, Roadmap Planning, BRD/PRD creation, User Story mapping, Agile/Scrum methodologies, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Planning, Feature Prioritization, and Product Analytics.
· Technical Grounding: Solid understanding of technical building blocks, including REST APIs, SQL fundamentals, database architecture, cloud concepts, mobile & web application frameworks,
and API integrations.
· Modern Tooling & AI Awareness: Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, and Postman, coupled with working awareness of AI/LLM capabilities.
· Domain Preference: Prior product experience in Healthcare, Pharma, or Digital Health ecosystems is strongly preferred.
