About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CS Trainee (cleared both the group of executive modules) who is eager to gain hands-on experience in corporate legal and compliance matters. This chance will provide extensive exposure to corporate law, fundraising transactions, regulatory compliance, and contract drafting, enabling the candidate to build a strong foundation for a career in corporate governance and legal advisory.
Key Areas of Exposure:
Company Law & Compliance:
Company and LLP incorporation, governance, and regulatory filings under the Companies Act,



2013.
Compliance with FEMA, FDI, and ODI regulations.
SEBI Regulations, including listing compliances and AIF compliances.
Due diligence, fundraising, and investment transactions.
Fundraising & Transactional Support:
Assisting in regulatory compliances for private equity, venture capital, and debt transactions.
Support in documentation and compliance for angel investments, rights issues, and preferential allotments.
Legal & Contract Drafting:
Drafting and reviewing vendor agreements, SaaS agreements, SLAs, MSAs, MoUs, term sheets and such other legal agreements.
Assisting in structuring and negotiating commercial contracts.
