About the Role:

This isn’t a typical Head of Product role. The expectation is not just to optimize flows, but to fundamentally redefine how trading works for millions of users. You’ll step in at a critical inflection point, owning the next phase of growth for a platform already operating at scale. This role is about expanding into new product frontiers, unlocking new opportunities, and building category-defining trading experiences.

What You’ll Do:

Lead a Product Management team focused on conceiving, building, and launching user-focused, high-quality products that connect and grow the crypto economy.
Work closely with fellow engineering, design, and business leadership to define our product vision and strategy across your product areas, and deliver tangible business outcomes.
Identifying and defining KPIs and metrics for the team to set targets and drive overall team performance.
Hire, manage, and grow a team of Product Managers and help them to reach their potential.
Execute efficiently in a rapid-paced, fluid start-up environment where change is constant and creativity is a must.
Driving a cross-functional team with engineering, design, support, and marketing to resolve end to end customer issues.
