Senior Sales Manager – Mumbai

Mumbai is a big market. We want someone who can own it.

Leadrat is a fast-growing B2B SaaS & Real Estate Technology company helping builders, developers, brokers and real estate businesses turn their leads into business.

We’re now looking to build a stronger presence in Mumbai — and this role is for someone who wants to be at the centre of that growth.

We’re not looking for someone to simply follow an existing sales process.

We’re looking for someone who can create the process, open the doors and build the market.

What will you actually do?

Think of yourself as the face of Leadrat in Mumbai.

You’ll identify the right businesses, get into conversations with decision-makers, understand their challenges, show them what Leadrat can solve, negotiate the deal and take it all the way to closure.

You’ll Be Responsible For

Building and owning the Mumbai sales pipeline.
Hunting for new business across the real estate ecosystem.
Meeting builders, developers, brokers,



channel partners and business owners.
Driving face-to-face meetings, product demos and negotiations.
Managing the complete journey from first conversation → opportunity → demo → negotiation → closure.
Building robust relationships with senior decision-makers.
Consistently delivering against revenue and sales targets.
Bringing market intelligence and new opportunities back to the team.

Doesn’t wait for leads. Creates them.

You’ll Fit Right In If You

Have 4–6 years of B2B sales experience.
Have experience selling SaaS, CRM, PropTech, Real Estate or Technology solutions.
Have a history of hitting or exceeding targets.
Are comfortable with field sales and client meetings.
Can confidently speak with founders, CXOs, business owners and senior stakeholders.
Know how to negotiate, handle objections and close.
Can independently build a pipeline from scratch.
