Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Inside Sales & CRM Executive who will primarily manage existing customer relationships, coordinate orders, maintain CRM records, and ensure smooth communication between customers, the accounts team, and the warehouse.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, maintaining organized records, and ensuring that orders and follow-ups are completed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management




Maintain regular communication with existing dealers, distributors, retailers, and EPC customers.
Build solid long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.
Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Provide timely updates regarding pricing, stock availability, dispatch status, and order progress.
Ensure a professional and positive customer experience at all times.

Order Coordination & Customer Support
Receive customer orders and coordinate internally for processing.
Coordinate with the Accounts & Inventory team for stock availability, invoicing, and dispatch approvals.
Follow up with customers regarding order confirmations and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure smooth order execution and dispatch.
Handle customer service requests and coordinate resolution of issues.
