About the Role
We are looking for a Meta Ads Manager – Performance Marketing with 2–5 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns.
The ideal candidate should be confident in independently handling Meta Ads campaigns, developing strategies, managing budgets, analyzing performance, and optimizing campaigns to achieve business and client objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, manage, and optimize Facebook & Instagram Ads campaigns.
Develop Meta Ads strategies based on client goals and business objectives.




Manage Lead Generation, Sales, Purchase & Conversion campaigns.
Handle audience research, targeting, retargeting, and Lookalike Audiences.
Monitor and optimize campaigns based on ROAS, CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, and conversions.
Manage advertising budgets and identify opportunities for scaling campaigns.
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.
Work closely with creative/content teams to improve ad performance.
Prepare campaign reports and communicate performance insights.
Stay updated with Meta Ads updates, trends, and best practices.
Requirements
2–5 years of hands-on experience in Meta/Facebook Ads.
Robust knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
Experience managing Lead Generation and Sales/Purchase campaigns.
Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics such as ROAS, CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, and CPM.
Ability to independently set up, manage, analyze, and optimize campaigns.
