Job Description: Central Planner

PM Kit Planning & Maintenance Scheduling
Ensure timely booking and scheduling of PM kits to support on-time delivery to sites in line with the maintenance schedule of the complete fleet.
Analyze PM kit consumption and inventory levels to identify overstocking and understocking.
Review and ensure adherence to defined SOPs and planning processes.
Monitor and drive quarterly closure of PM jobs.
Major Component & Rebuild Planning




Forecast and plan major component replacements based on equipment utilization, operating hours and replacement trends.
Ensure optimum availability of float components to minimize equipment downtime and maximize fleet availability.
Coordinate closely with Rebuild Centre to streamline repair, rebuild and component turnaround activities.
Site Planner Support & Capability Development
Guide and mentor site planners on BPCS, planning processes and related daily activities.
Monitor planning performance and deviations and drive timely corrective actions.
Ensure consistent application of planning standards and SOPs across sites.
Inventory & Procurement Optimisation
Conduct weekly reviews of inventory procurement in coordination with the Inbound Replenishment team to ensure optimum inventory levels and avoid unnecessary procurement.
