We're small, founder-led, and we ship fast. You'll work directly with the founder and our creative director. What you make goes live — not into a deck.
What you'll do
Plan and schedule content across Instagram — carousels, Reels, Stories
Write captions and comment replies in the brand's voice, and hold that voice consistently
Manage comment sections and DM automations, and reply to real people quickly
Assist on shoots: props, continuity, shot lists, on-set support
Edit and format assets to spec — sizing, cropping, basic retouching
Track what each format is doing and report what actually moved, not what looked positive
Research creators and formats worth learning from
What we're looking for




You use Instagram seriously and can explain why a specific post worked
You write clearly in English and can move between English and Hinglish without it sounding forced
Comfortable in Canva or Figma; video editing is a plus, not a requirement
Organised enough to run a calendar without being chased
You take feedback without flinching and fix things without being told twice
Available full-time, on-site in Bengaluru, for at least 3 months
Degree doesn't matter. Send us work.
