We are looking for a sharp, reliable, and tech-comfortable Product Quality Manager who can take ownership of product quality across our web and mobile experiences.
This is a hands-on product quality role where you will work closely with product, design, development, and operations teams to make sure every feature we release works smoothly, feels polished, and creates a great user experience.

Role Overview
As a Product Quality Manager, you will be responsible for testing new features, identifying bugs and UX gaps, creating release checklists, coordinating with developers/designers, and ensuring that every product update is properly tested before going live.
You should be someone who is naturally curious, comfortable with technology, and able to independently explore new tools,



features, and product flows without needing step-by-step instructions for everything.

Key Responsibilities
Own product quality across web, mobile, admin, therapist, and client-facing platforms.
Test new features before release on dev, staging, and production environments.
Explore user flows deeply and identify bugs, edge cases, UX issues, and confusing interactions.
Raise clear bug reports with steps to reproduce, screenshots/videos, expected behavior, actual behavior, severity, and workplace details.
Coordinate with frontend developers, backend developers, designers, and product stakeholders to get issues resolved.
Verify bug fixes and ensure issues do not reappear in future releases.
Create and maintain release checklists for important product flows.
Test user journeys from both customer and business perspectives.
