Role Description The Telemarketing Executive role is a full time, on-site position based in Mumbai. In this role, the executive will make outbound calls to prospective and existing business clients to introduce LVP Propack’s packaging solutions, qualify leads, and schedule follow-ups or meetings for the sales team. Daily responsibilities include maintaining call records,



updating lead information in CRM or tracking tools, and providing clear information on product features, pricing, and benefits. The executive will respond to customer inquiries, handle basic service-related questions, and support the conversion of leads into sales opportunities. Collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to share customer feedback and participate in call scripts or campaign improvements is also part of the role.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Sales and Lead Generation skills to identify prospects, qualify opportunities, and support revenue growth.
