Schwab is seeking a driven, results-oriented Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) Technical Lead who shares our passion for technology, innovation, engineering excellence, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

As part of our ongoing modernization efforts, we are evolving our enterprise platforms using cloud-native architectures, AI-assisted engineering practices,



modern quality engineering frameworks, and continuous delivery pipelines. We embrace Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), Specification-Driven Development (SDD), Test-Driven Development (TDD), and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) to build high-quality, scalable, and resilient solutions.

The SDET will thrive in a fast-paced Agile workplace, partnering closely with software engineers, product owners, architects, and quality engineers to ensure quality is engineered into every stage of the software development lifecycle. This role requires a solid software engineering mindset, deep test automation expertise, and the ability to lead quality transformation initiatives across multiple teams.
