About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and hands-on Human Resource Generalist to join our growing team.The role will have a balanced focus of 50% HR Generalist & Operations and 50% Recruitment & Talent Acquisition. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing the complete employee lifecycle, HR operations, HRMS, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR activities, while independently driving end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions.
Key ResponsibilitiesHR Generalist & Operations – 50%
Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee documentation, transfers, confirmations, and exits.
Manage and maintain employee records,



HR databases, personnel files, and other HR documentation.
Administer the HRMS platform for employee information, leave, attendance, regularization, and other HR-related processes.
Monitor and manage employee leave and attendance through the HRMS and ensure accurate monthly attendance records.
Coordinate with employees and managers for attendance regularization, leave approvals, and HRMS-related queries.
Support monthly payroll inputs by ensuring accurate attendance, leave, current-joiner, exit, and other relevant employee data.
Manage joining formalities, documentation, background verification, onboarding, and induction.
Handle employee exit processes, including exit documentation, clearance, and full & final settlement coordination.
Support implementation and communication of HR policies, processes, and guidelines.
Address employee queries and grievances professionally and confidentially.
