Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with 10+ years of experience in
IT Delivery, Programme Management, and Client Engagement within the Banking,
Financial Services, and Capital Markets (BFSI) domain. The ideal candidate will
be responsible for managing large-scale technology programmes, leading
distributed delivery teams, driving stakeholder engagement, ensuring successful
project execution, and delivering business outcomes aligned with client
objectives.

The candidate should possess solid experience working with Tier-1 financial
institutions, managing complex digital transformation initiatives, application
development programmes, cloud migration projects, data platforms, or enterprise
modernisation programmes.

Key Responsibilities Delivery & Programme Management
* Lead end-to-end delivery of technology programmes and strategic initiatives.
* Own project planning, delivery governance, risk management, and financial
tracking.




* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality
standards.
* Manage multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional delivery teams.
* Establish delivery metrics, KPIs, and executive reporting mechanisms.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives across delivery processes.

Client & Stakeholder Management
* Act as the primary point of contact for business and technology stakeholders.
* Build strong relationships with banking and financial services clients.
* Lead steering committee meetings, governance reviews, and executive
presentations.
* Manage client escalations and ensure timely resolution of delivery risks.
* Collaborate with business leaders to define strategy, scope, and priorities.

Team Leadership
* Lead and mentor project managers, architects, engineering leads, and delivery
teams.
* Drive resource planning, workforce management, and capacity forecasting.
