STEM Learning is hiring for its CSR fundraising team — Corporate Partnership Executives to raise funds from corporates, foundations and government bodies to power our education programs. Immediate joiners preferred.

*? ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month*

What you'll do:
◾ Identify and reach out to potential donors — corporates, foundations, bilateral/multilateral agencies — and build a strong donor database
◾ Raise funds by pitching compelling proposals and presentations to potential donors
◾ Track CSR and grant opportunities that match our programs,



and convert them into funding
◾ Nurture existing donor relationships, keeping them engaged and updated on impact
◾ Meet govt. officers, industry bodies and corporate stakeholders across the district to build fundraising pipelines
◾ Set and deliver fundraising/revenue targets for your region

What you bring:
◾ *2–5 years of experience* in fundraising, CSR partnerships or B2B sales
◾ Graduate/PGDM/MBA in sales; BSW/MSW with CSR fundraising exposure is a strong plus
◾ Robust communication, interpersonal & presentation skills
◾ CRM familiarity, government liaisoning or development-sector exposure preferred
