Inside Sales Manager

About the Role
We are looking for a confident and results-driven Inside Sales Manager to support global client acquisition across the pharma, healthcare, CRO, and biotech industry.
The role will focus on identifying and engaging potential clients, building relationships with senior decision-makers, generating qualified leads, and converting prospects into scheduled meetings and business opportunities for the sales leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
Execute outbound sales and prospecting campaigns through LinkedIn, email, and phone.
Identify and target key accounts across global pharma, healthcare, biotech, and CRO markets.
Engage with senior decision-makers and build strong professional relationships.
Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales leadership team.
Develop targeted outreach strategies for priority accounts and prospects.
Maintain accurate prospect and communication records in Zoho CRM.
Build and manage prospect pipelines for conferences, client visits,



and business development activities.
Conduct market and account research to identify current business opportunities.
Support sales leadership with meeting preparation, prospect research, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth movement of prospects through the sales pipeline.
Travel occasionally for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in inside sales, business development, account management, healthcare, pharma, CRO, or a related field.
Previous experience working with US or international markets is preferred.
Strong understanding of the global pharma, healthcare, biotech, or CRO market.
Prior experience working with international clients or prospects is an advantage.
Experience in B2B lead generation, cold outreach, prospecting, and meeting generation.
