We’re looking for a Lead Marketing Specialist who can own and scale Cinqa’s digital marketing and growth.
What You’ll Do
Run and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.
Own email marketing, CRM, newsletters, and automated campaigns
Track and improve CAC, CPL, ROAS, CTR, conversions, and overall funnel performance
Build and optimize marketing funnels and run A/B tests
Work with content and creative teams on campaigns that drive results
Set up and improve marketing automation and lead-nurturing workflows
Analyze campaign data and turn insights into growth strategies
What We’re Looking For
3+ years in performance/growth/digital marketing
Robust hands-on experience with paid ads + email marketing
Good understanding of analytics, funnels, CRM, and conversion optimization
Experience with tools like GA4, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Meta Ads, Google Ads
Bonus: n8n, Make, Zapier, AI marketing tools
Most importantly: We need someone who can own the numbers, experiment, and drive measurable growth not just execute tasks.
