This role is in Record to Report Process in a fast paced, high volume SSC workplace that supports Eaton’s global business and operations that use ORACLE/SAP application for financial accounting and reporting
The position is responsible for reconciliation, intercompany, fixed asset accounting, period close activities etc. with a high degree of efficiency and quality for Eaton business units
This position is responsible for managing one or more Record to Report activities while fostering process improvements and continuous learning
This position is also responsible for managing key production metrics and activities associated with quality audits
Possess a good knowledge and experience of financial accounting and reporting standards
Perform various month end close activities (incl.



calculation and preparation of various journal entries, reconciliations, reporting & analysis and compliance related activities etc.) with emphasis on accuracy, attention to detail, and properly supported balances
Partner with sites regarding account variances, account aging and recommend actions to resolve
Generate and distribute various daily, weekly, and monthly plant operational/financial reports to key stakeholders
Provide robust analysis in clearing of the IC receivables/payables and APPO outstanding transactions.
Support Fixed assets related activities, reporting and reconciliation
Preparation of Monthly/quarterly and annual RSD schedules with necessary workings
Support the site in their Statutory Audit, Annual DSA, SOX audit and second level balance sheet reviews
Support the site in the preparation of the annual profit plan, by way of preparing various schedules
Prepare and lead project plans to execute improvemen
