Role Description The Human Resource Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based at Ramada by Wyndham Ghaziabad Vasundhara in Ghaziabad. This role oversees day-to-day HR operations, including implementing HR policies, managing recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records, and supporting performance management processes. The supervisor handles employee relations, assists in resolving workplace concerns,



coordinates training and development initiatives, and ensures compliance with local labor regulations and company standards. Daily tasks include collaborating with department heads on staffing needs, managing attendance and leave processes, supporting payroll coordination, and promoting a positive, inclusive work culture. The role also contributes to HR reporting, audits, and continuous improvement of HR procedures to support hotel operations.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.
Strong skills in Employee Relations, with the ability to handle conflict resolution, employee engagement, and grievance management.
Experience in Performance Management, including supporting appraisals, feedback processes, and development plans.
Sound knowledge of HR Policies and local labor laws, with the ability to implement and monitor compliance.
