About the Role :
We are looking for a mid-level person ( depending on candidate profile ) to join our SFMC Marketing team in Kota. The role requires strong technical expertise (HTML, CSS, SQL, JavaScript/jQuery). Having hands-on knowledge of Marketing automation and CRM tools would be good . The candidate will support campaign execution, data management, and template development while ensuring smooth operations of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.

Required Skill Set :
● Good Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
● Experience of managing data and writing SQL queries
● Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs) and MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
● Strong problem-solving skills.
● Good written and verbal communication skills.
● Exposure to CRM / Martech systems and specifically the Salesforce ecosystem will be a strong plus.

Education Qualification :




Graduate / Post Graduate (preferably from a technical background: B.Tech, BCA, MCA or equivalent) with relevant skills.

Experience :
● Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on experience with the above-mentioned technical skill set.
● 1–2 years of prior experience working with any CRM / CRM Marketing tool (preferably Salesforce / SFMC) will be an added advantage.

Certification :
Any authorised certification certificates on CRM tools particularly of Salesforce will be good

Key Responsibilities (KRAs) :
● Manage and maintain the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, including data integrity, segmentation, and automation.
● Create and manage datasets and queries using SQL for campaign targeting and reporting.
● Collaborate with zonal marketing teams to plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns.
● Develop, test, and maintain email templates (responsive and agile).
